Upwork: Analysis of Freelancer Success Badges: Difference between revisions

* We define "high quality established" freelancers as those freelancers who have an established track record with top rated, top rated plus and rising talent badges<ref>https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050417233-Top-Rated-Plus https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211068468-Top-Rated https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211063228-Rising-Talent</ref>. We chose that definition, because from the experience of freelancers we know, that it can be hard to get a job without these badges as it is harder for a client to assess the skill level of a new freelancer on Upwork. A portion of new freelancers on Upwork will reach the "high quality established" criteria over time.
