| July 27, 2023: Konstantina Kanellopoulos, Deutsche Wohnen co-CEO steps down at her own request and upon mutual agreement<ref>https://www.eqs-news.com/news/corporate/deutsche-wohnen-se-new-line-up-of-management-board/1867815</ref>. She was appointed as co-CEO in January 2022 after the take over by Vonovia<ref>https://www.eqs-news.com/news/corporate/deutsche-wohnen-se-new-line-up-of-management-board/1867815</ref>. She was appointed alongside Lars Urbansky<ref>https://www.zeit.de/news/2022-01/02/aufsichtsrat-beschliesst-neuen-vorstand-fuer-deutsche-wohnen?utm_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F</ref>, who will become the sole CEO, effective immediately. Kanellopoulos will join GOLDBECK in November 2023 as a member of the management board. At Vonovia, she held Value-Add roles since 2013. In 2019, she became General representative of Vonovia. Her roles in Deutsche Wohnen included technical infrastructure, IT, law & compliance, sustainability and public affairs. The supervisory board said Kanellopoulos sucessor will be decided later.
